Q:My wife is 72 years old. Green card holder since May 2024, not eligible for Medicare. Italian citizenship. Currently in Italy. She is coming to USA, Illinois, from July 30 and returning back to Italy on October 7, 2025. On January 1, 2024 she had a TIA episode while in the US and on April 27, 2025 a very mild subarachnoid hemorrage without any permanent consequences in Italy. Is there an insurance plan covering her for this preexisting conditions ? Thank you
